#1 – Blue Dreams

I always love painting landscapes. I find them so peaceful and calming. I wanted to capture that feeling in my painting “Blue Dream”. Still working on my style, I used a few simple colours to depict a colourful landscape scene of a river flowing through a dark blue forest with colourful autumn leaves on the forest floor. The cool blue and green tones mixed with the warm oranges and yellows create an inviting scene. I hope that when people see this painting, they feel the same sense of serenity that I feel when I look at it. Blue Dream is one of my favourite paintings because it reminds me of the solace I found in painting.
